Flame Face makes his first appearance in Diny Tots and the Hot Air Balloon, the next book in the series. He is Mandrill the Magician's dragon.
Mandrill found him wandering around the forest when he was a little dragon. Mandrill took him home to his castle.
Because the little dragon could breathe fire, Mandrill called him Flame Face! Now Flame Face is all grown up.
Flame Face is not the smartest of dragons but is loyal to Mandrill the Magician and does his bidding.
