Mandrill the Magician lives in his castle next to

Swampy Swamp. He has a dragon named Flame Face.

Mandrill can be really grumpy, but not all the time. When he sips on a cup of warm cocoa he can be easy going.

Mandrill wants to rule Wondor Island. He sometimes comes up with schemes to control the island or to make it gloomy for everyone else.

In Diny Tots and the Hot Air Balloon  he attempts to make it storm forever! But can the Diny Tots and Barry Bear stop him?
